- All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if smoking is occurring inside the vehicle. A minimum RM300 cleanup fees will apply if smoking occurs in one of our vehicles. We will be happy to stop for as many smoke breaks as you need.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS
- No illegal drugs to be carried or used in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if illegal activity is occurring inside the vehicle. We will report the incident to the Police Department.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING
- No underage drinking or underage possession of alcohol in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his role discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if underage drinking is occurring inside the vehicle.
- You are to be responsible for all your personal items during the trip be it lost, stolen or missing. Please be sure to check all your belongings when you exit the vehicles at the end of the trip. Our phone number for reporting lost items is +603-9226 5005
- Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental we will be happy to do so as long as there is still availability, however availability of additional hours at the last minutes beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed as someone else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time is complete.
- Vehicle replacement in the unlikely event that a last minute mechanical, computer breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service. Limoland reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle (or vehicles) from our fleet or from our affiliates fleet. Alternate vehicle (or vehicles) may possibly be different in size or description than originally booked vehicle depending on availability. No refunds or discounts will be given if an alternate vehicle is provided at the agreed upon pickup time.
- If you have book the vehicle of your choice and the luggage does not fit the car boot, Limoland will not be responsible for your action.
- Passenger have to bear the additional cost and arrange another transport for their luggage.
- We will not dispatch another car due to last minute changes.

- No Show will not be refund
- No Show resulting from wrong date or time given will not be refund.
- If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call Limoland at +603-9226 5005. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Limoland. You must contact us by phone or No Refund.

- Our policies are straight forward and we stand behind all services we offer. If you must cancel or change a reservation please give us time to process the cancellation.
- IF YOU CANCEL OR CHANGE THE RESERVATION. THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE APPLICABLE.
- If cancellation or changes made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date, we will full charge 100% of the original fare.
- If cancellation made on confirmed booking, 20% will be charged on documentation & financial fees. The balance of 80% will be refund.
